David E. Charney is an attorney, real estate developer and owner of a local home building company. He is co-owner and Managing Partner of Owasso Land Trust, L.L.C., a real estate development company with investment activity throughout the Tulsa area. He is also the owner of Capital Homes Residential Group, L.L.C., one of the Tulsa area’s largest home construction companies having built and sold over 1,000 homes.
Charney is involved in several civic organizations in the Tulsa area and currently serves Chairman of the Owasso Economic Development Authority and Chairman of the Tulsa County Board of Adjustment. Charney is a past president of Congregation B’nai Emunah and currently serves on its Executive Committee and its Foundation Board. David also serves on the Board of Directors of RCB Bank Holding Company, an Oklahoma Banking corporation with over 30 branches throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.
Following high school in Owasso, Charney attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received his undergraduate business degree and his law degree. Upon graduating from law school, David spent one year studying in Israel before returning to Oklahoma to begin his career.
While practicing real-estate law with his dad for many years, he became interested in real estate investment and development and now spends all of his professional time focused upon his real estate investment activities.
David and his wife, Randee, live in Tulsa. They have three children.
