Conference Rooms


The primary purpose of Tulsa Tech’s Owasso Conference Center is to provide students in our hospitality programs with workplace experience. We also encourage the use of the facility by outside groups to promote student involvement with various educational, business, community, and organizational meetings.

Meeting Room services include room setup, audio visual equipment, internet connections, video conferencing, and personalized meeting hosting. A ten (10) day notice prior to the event date is required for room setup.

The Conference Center accomodates up to 950 guests in our largest room and has seven meeting rooms of various sizes. This offering accommodates a variety of events, including conferences, business meetings, seminars, and job fairs. Each room is equipped with the most innovative technical equipment, which includes projectors, projection screens, and sound system.

Audio & Visual services are provided by Tulsa Tech personnel, who will supervise all A/V setups. The rooms are equipped with podiums connected to projectors, screens, a computer and a sound system. The following devices are included in all rooms.

  • Laptop – VGA with 1/8 audio jack,, DMI
  • Blue-Ray, DVD, CD Audio player
  • Apple Airplay (4 rooms)
  • Document Camera (5 rooms)
  • Video Conferencing (1 room)

Host Services
Hosting is included with room rental and will actively supervise events, as well as offer personalized service. Organizational representatives must check-in with a Tulsa Tech employee upon arrival. Compliance with scheduled arrival and departure times is required to allow other groups time to prepare for meetings, classes, and training.

Business Center
The Conference Center has a designated Business Center for guests who need to conduct business away from the office. Services are based on the job size with limited copying and faxing available.

Catering services offered at Tulsa Tech’s Owasso Conference Center epitomizes the best of both worlds in our view for our clients – an exquisite menu selection perfect for every event, and a teaching environment for our Culinary Arts students. Enjoy full-service catering for meetings and events of any size. We understand how important it is to keep your attendees fueled up for success and will work with you to provide the perfect dining options.

Pre-Function Space
Spacious pre-function area with an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will have a memorable first impression of your event. The pre-function areas have 120VAC power supplied by four (4) receptacles in one location at 10′ intervals along the walls.

The Conference Center has four loading areas with three (3) dock bays, one (1) with a direct access ramp to the Sycamore and Post Oak meeting rooms. Shipping materials to Tulsa Tech before an event must have prior approval so that deliveries will be accepted. Once approved, detailed instructions for shipping to Tulsa Tech will be provided. Materials shipped back to the meeting/event organizer after events are the responsibility of the organization hosting the event. Tulsa Tech accepts no responsibility for receiving, holding, or returning customer packages shipped directly to the facility.
