Pam Winterscheidt, SPHR

Pam Winterscheidt is the Chief Human Capital Officer and leads a team of professionals that provide support to the District’s employee-centered systems.

She began her career with Tulsa Tech in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources and assumed her current role in July 2016. Winterscheidt has over twenty five years of human resources experience. Her background includes experience as a HR generalist as well as extensive experience in benefits and compensation. Prior to coming to Tulsa Tech she held various HR leadership roles in the private sector.

Winterscheidt earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI – SPHR) and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP).

She and her husband, David, are parents of two daughters; Nicolette & Madison.
