Transcript Requests

Electronic transcripts are available online through Parchment 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Electronic transcripts cost $10.00 per transcript.

Payment is made using a credit card during the online ordering process. You will receive email confirmation messages at each step of the process, and you can track your order online through the transcript ordering portal.

Records 2001 to present

Electronic transcripts are typically processed within a few hours. 

Records 1990 to 2001

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing due to the archive search required.

Records that include years prior to 1990

Contact the District Registrar’s Office by emailing district.registrar@tulsatech.edu.

In the email, please include:

• Name when attended Tulsa Tech (and any other names used)
• Years of attendance
• Date of birth
• Student ID (if known)
• Current contact information (mailing address, email address, and phone number)

There is no charge for printed and mailed transcripts.

Submit a request for a transcript to be printed and mailed by emailing district.registrar@tulsatech.edu.

In the email, please include:

• Name when attended Tulsa Tech (and any other names used)
• Years of attendance
• Date of birth
• Student ID (if known)
• Current contact information (mailing address, email address, and phone number)
• Name and mailing address of the recipient (person or institution)

There is no charge for transcripts picked up in person.

• A photo ID is required.
• A FERPA release is required for another individual to pick up a student’s transcript.

Records 2001 to present

Paper transcripts may be printed and picked up in person at any Tulsa Tech campus location. Only records after 2001 can be picked up at any campus location. Advance request not needed.

Records that include years prior to 2001

In person pickup is only available at the Client Service Center and requires at least 48 hours advance request due to the archive search required.
