Peoria Campus is temporarily closed due to storm damage. All career training programs for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year have been relocated to other campus locations.

A tireless advocate for CareerTech education, Brad Wayman dedicated more than three decades to championing student success at Tulsa Tech.

Over his 31-year tenure, Wayman became a driving force in shaping a student-centered culture, promoting CareerTech Student Organizations and emphasizing the critical role of attendance not just in school, but as a foundation for life. His belief in building professional habits led to the creation of awards and incentives designed to prepare students for long-term success.

As Campus Director of the Broken Arrow Campus, Wayman played a key role in expanding career options for students by helping launch new programs that aligned with workforce needs. He was instrumental in the development of Tulsa Tech’s work-based learning initiative, leading efforts to create the policy, structure and documentation that now connect students directly with industry partners. This initiative continues to provide students with a competitive advantage as they enter the workforce.

Wayman’s legacy is one of action and impact. His unwavering dedication to empowering students and enhancing their future opportunities has left a lasting mark on the Tulsa Tech community.
