David Charney

David E. Charney is an attorney, real estate developer and owner of a local homebuilding company.
David is co-owner and Managing Partner of Owasso Land Trust, L.L.C., a real estate development company with investment activity throughout the Tulsa area. He is also the owner of Capital Homes Residential Group, L.L.C., one of the Tulsa area’s largest home construction companies having built and sold over 1,000 homes throughout the Tulsa metro area.
Charney is involved in several civic organizations in the Tulsa area and currently serves as Chairman of the Owasso Economic Development Authority and Chairman of the Tulsa County Board of Adjustment. He is a past president of Congregation B’nai Emunah and currently serves on its Executive Committee and its Foundation Board. Charney also serves on the Board of Directors of RCB Bank Holding Company, an Oklahoma Banking corporation with over 40 branches throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. He is on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice, as well as currently representing District 4 as a member of the Tulsa Technology Center’s School Board.
Following high school in Owasso, Oklahoma, Charney attended the University of Oklahoma, where he received his undergraduate business degree and his law degree. Upon graduating from law school, he spent one year studying in Israel before returning to Oklahoma to begin his career.
While practicing real-estate law with his dad for many years, Charney became interested in real estate investment and development and now spends all of his professional time focused upon his real estate investment activities.
David and his wife, Randee, live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They have three children.
