Joanne Lucas, CPA

Joanne Lucas is the Chief Financial Officer and leads a team that is responsible for budgeting, accounting, cash management, procurement, inventory and warehouse function for the District.

Lucas started her career in public accounting as an auditor. She has held various leadership positions in the corporate, non-profit and education sectors, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Tulsa Public Schools.

Lucas earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Lucas is an active member of the community. She was a founding member of the Tulsa Chapter of the National Charity League and served as their Treasurer. Additionally, she has served in various positions with the Junior League, the Jenks Public Schools Foundation and the Tulsa Mothers of Multiples.
