On June 25, 2012, Dr. Steve Tiger was named Tulsa Tech's Superintendent and CEO. Tulsa Tech is the state's oldest and largest technology center with the mission of education people for success in the workplace. Under the direction of a seven-member board of education, Dr. Tiger leads an organization 

Dr. Scott Williams is the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Operating Officer.  In this role he uses a research driven, data informed approach to lead and apprise the district’s strategic decisions.

Tony Heaberlin, APR joined the district in 1989 as a media specialist in the Curriculum and Media department. In 1992, when Tulsa Vo-Tech changed its name to Tulsa Technology Center, he was moved to the newly created Marketing department with the main job task of handling the district’s media relations efforts.

Joanne Lucas is the Chief Financial Officer and leads a team that is responsible for budgeting, accounting, cash management, procurement, inventory and warehouse function for the District. Lucas started her career in public accounting as an auditor. She has held various leadership positions in the corporate, non-profit and education sectors

Pam Winterscheidt is the Chief Human Capital Officer and leads a team of professionals that provide support to the District’s employee-centered systems. She began her career with Tulsa Tech in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources and assumed her current role in July 2016. Winterscheidt has over twenty five years of human
