Kyle Al-Rifai, the mind behind Swift Recon, says he is on a mission to revolutionize the industry. "I wanted to shake things up! Create the cleanest, most comfortable shop in the business. "When we started, we partnered with the Workforce Training and Development team. They've played a pivotal role in our growth,” he said. “Our liaison looks at every area and helps us focus on the well-being of our employees."

And the benefits are clear; Swift Recon is experiencing rapid growth. They've achieved certification as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with three companies. Now they are making strides in the electric vehicle (EV) market. Amidst all these achievements, the Swift team turns to Tulsa Tech for new talent, aware of the value that brings.

"We divide our operation into five teams," Al-Rifai explains. "Each team has an experienced production manager. We've found that students thrive faster in this team-based environment. The transition from the classroom to our shop is seamless, thanks to the similarities. It's a recipe for success, and it's what sets Swift Recon apart."

With his mindset, Al-Rifai takes pride in showing off this unique environment. He also boasts a high success rate in recruiting students. But, ever humble he points to the instructors at Tulsa Tech for their expertise in training.
